I assume you mean over trademark issues, then it certainly is a point.

I believe the most natural second format to look at is Resqml, and from what I 
have seen we should be able to reuse at least parts of the opm-parser 
architecture, so yes, I do believe the most sensible thing would be to 
integrate it is opm-parser.
