I've just pushed 4.11.0 to Maven central (NB it sometimes takes a moment to
propagate).

Could someone with JIRA administration permissions "release" that version
in JIRA, and open a 4.12.0 version?

I'll be sending out the usual short announcement email tomorrow in a new
thread.
