DIME charter text: "The Diameter Maintenance and Extensions WG will focus on maintenance and extensions to the Diameter protocol required to enable its use for authentication, authorization, accounting, charging in network access," RadExt Charter text is less clear except that their milestones are explicit and focused on the 'network access' problem, not the 'network managment' or 'network operations' or 'network adminsitration' problem(s).
