pretty ASCII art drawing), but I'm not sure why OpsAWG and not NFVRG (

https://datatracker.ietf.org/group/sdnrg/charter/) or Netconf (
https://datatracker.ietf.org/group/netconf/charter/)

Those groups seem much more likely...
