The call for adoption has closed, and there has been sufficient interest
expressed and comments posted for the WG to adopt this work.

Authors, please resubmit this draft changing _only_ the name to
draft-ietf-opsawg-yang-vpn-service-pm-00.  When doing so, make sure you
choose that this new draft replaces draft-www-opsawg-yang-vpn-service-pm.
