I wonder what happens when you run BGP over LLA and use "neighbor 
next-hop-self" (which many people do on AS edge routers) or have no next hop in 
local BGP table (due to aggregation or static route to null 0) ...

Regardless of all the "benefits" I still think this is a bad idea.
