Obviously as an author, I support adoption of this draft. A first version was presented to this working group back in 2018 but was suggested it be taken to the TLS WG where is was presented in July 2019 and the area directors provided guidance that it presented good use cases and as such, with some edification would be more Appropriate to have it brought to this (opsec) wg.
