It was a good product when owned by Data Tools.
It is now owned by BMC, and the support is poor.
My experience with this tool is as of December 2000.
As far as object extraction, it did not work as of
December of 2000. They had been claiming that it
would for some time, but the DBA in charge of the
product at our shop could not get it to work.

I am looking for some guidance from people who use this product. Is it a
value add to the organization or not. If possible also let me know how in
the hell does it do a online object extraction from the backup.
