Its a great product for the price. I have used it in and out for 5 years internationally and truly it is the best backup/recovery product we have. There are some pros and cons to using the tool:
Pros: 1. Great product, works brilliant & works all the time. 2. Upgrades are simple. Cons: 1. Price 2. Support is a mess(most of the time) 3. You have to read the whole manual to understand it. Never skip pages on that. 4. FOLLOW THEIR INSTURCTIONS. MOST IMPORTANT. NO PRESUMPTIONS ALLOWED. Whether it is to install or deinstall, You have to follow their step by step instructions for it to work properly. We tried several ways for the product to work properly and finally surrendered to the manual.
