I think you miss to join another four tables,
AND RIK2.VARE = RIK2.HIERARKI_TEKST
AND RIK2.HIERARKI_TEKST = RIK2.ART_HIERARKI
AND RIK2.ART_HIERARKI = PBK..SOTIMENT_VGRP;
