Paul, I've used PL/SQL Developer by Allround Automations to develop PL/SQL procs, packages and it's fine including a well featured de-bugger. I believe that a site licence costs $3,000. As to it being a DBA tool I'd have to say it's not in the same league as TOAD Xpert with DBA module. Chris Dunscombe
