Experience in Financial Services or Mortgage Lending Background highly preferred. 1) Project Managers (All Levels - Junior/Mid Level/Senior Level) Requirements: * 5-7 years technical project management. Management of multiple cross functional project teams. * Experience in Financial Services or Mortgage Lending Background preferred. * Excellent project management skills. Excellent knowledge of Excel. * Familiarity with Data Warehouses and ETL tool implementation. 2) Sr. Systems/Business Analyst Requirements: * 5+ years application development experience * 3+ years application architecture experience * Expert knowledge in several domains, e.g. Microsoft, Domino, .Net/C#, architecture practices and architecture disciplines * Excellent communication, relationship-building, critical thinking, business writing, and organizational skills. * Assist Process and Integration Managers in evaluating current state process flows to identify technology process improvements. * Document current and future state process flows. * Define how the SBA process flows and system changes tie in to enterprise-level systems as appropriate. 3) QA Analyst Requirements: * 3-5 years previous QA testing experience in a software development environment including the creation of new test scripts and modification of existing test scripts. * Knowledge of XML and web based development and systems. * Thorough understanding of Windows 9x, NT, 2000. * Knowledge of mortgage banking terminology, processes and procedures. * Experience with LoadRunner, TestDirector, QuickTestPro or other equivalent test automation software. * Previous experience developing testing tools from scratch.
