Excellent knowledge of Excel. * Familiarity with Data Warehouses and ETL tool implementation. 2) Sr. Systems/Business Analyst Requirements: * 5+ years application development experience * 3+ years application architecture experience * Expert knowledge in several domains, e.g. Microsoft, Domino, .Net/C#, architecture practices and architecture disciplines * Excellent communication, relationship-building, critical thinking, business writing, and organizational skills. * Assist Process and Integration Managers in evaluating current state process flows to identify technology process improvements. * Document current and future state process flows. * Define how the SBA process flows and system changes tie in to enterprise-level systems as appropriate.
