Location: Simi Valley/Agoura Hills, CA Duration: 6-12 Months Please send resumes of consultants with the following details: Expected Rate: (Please do not put open and negotiable) Current Location: Preferred Location: Contact Numbers: Financial Industry Experience (if any): Summary of Experience: Resumes with Banking/Finance Industry Experience Highly Preferred 1) Software Developer (FoxPro/C#) Requirements: · Recent experience with Microsoft FoxPro with strong application design experience in Visual FoxPro. · Basic to Intermediate coding skills in C#, XML, SQL. · Working knowledge and ability to apply concepts, principles, practices, and procedures of software development. · Working knowledge of SDLC processes and methodology. · 5+ year's software development experience." 2) AS400 Developers Requirements: · AS400 systems experience including RPG, RPG ILE and CL. · Strong SQL skills · Experience with AS400-based tools like DBU, Hawkeye, etc. · Experience analyzing requirement and specification documents to determine system impact · SDLC experience - Previous experience with workflow and systems development lifecycle tools · Strong ability to follow detailed operational procedures · Excellent verbal and written communication skills 3) System Analysts Requirements: · Bachelor's (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (and/or equivalent experience) · 5+ years of Systems Analysis experience · Highly proficient in using systems analysis tools, data modeling and data analysis · Highly proficient in multiple analysis methods and techniques, i.e. RUP, UML, process flow · Experience developing Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams · Strong knowledge of project management and SDLC processes and methodology · Excellent analytic/problem solving, verbal/written communication and facilitation/negotiation skills · Ability to communicate to a broad technical and non technical audience 4) .NET Developers Requirements: · C# · AJAX expertise (JavaScript/HTML) · XML serialization/deserialization/schemas · Web Services · Oracle Database Access Interface development · Expertise in multi-tier systems using .Net technologies, AJAX technologies and XML · Expertise in web-services · Large scale financial services systems background a strong plus 5) Project Managers Requirements: · Minimum undergraduate college degree. PMP certification preferred. · Minimum 5 years of project management and process improvement leadership experience. · Previous experience in Mortgage Banking or Financial Services a plus. · Excellent leadership, communication, relationship-building, critical thinking, business writing, and organizational skills required. · Advanced knowledge and practical experience with software development and/or infrastructure implementations. · Expert knowledge of SDLC and PMLC methodologies. · Advanced understanding of roles and responsibilities of development, business/systems analysis, architecture, quality management, infrastructure/operations and IT controls. · Excellent facilitation, problem resolution, negotiation, and team building skills. · Advanced written and verbal communication skills including persuasiveness, presentation skills, and ability to impart knowledge to others. · Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Internet Explorer and Lotus Notes.
