I think that it would be great to offer online courses: they would be firstly helpful for introducing GNU/Linux, its accessibility solutions to new users. This will lead to offer a more structured knowledge base, a more human step by step discovery of the environments. At the beginning, this will be probably an humble introductory course rather than a magistral one and this is good like this.
