Hello Everyone, Thank you for your advice on the bush snails. I will repot all the suspected plants in new media, and soak my plants bare root in insecticide (or diet soda... depends on how adventurous I am), then use a tooth brush to dislodge any eggs or baby snails still clinging to the roots (I know I will probably not see anything, but I will brush away!). After that, I will repot in new media, and use snail pellets like Escar-Go, or similar snail poison on my pots over winter.
In spring, everyone will get a fresh repotting, including the ones newly repotted this fall. So, hopefully, after that, I will see no more snails. Thank you for all your help and advice. :) Marianne _______________________________________________ the OrchidGuide Digest (OGD) [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.orchidguide.com/mailman/listinfo/orchids
