Bottom line for me on the issue of pricing and distribution:

Since origami is not required for survival or meeting basic needs, there should 
be absolutely no sense of entitlement that gives the consumer any right to 
dictate price,licence , or distribution.

To my knowledge, nobody has been beaten to death for failing to fold a Robert 
Lang Black Forest Cuckoo Clock to spec and not having diagrams at hand.

If you disagree with this basic premise , we will never agree on these points. 

No emotion, no discussion. You cant argue belief , period. But I do appreciate 
your enthusiasm, and your ability to have polite discourse.
