We have tried with both "Add" and "Replace" for new items and have not been able to reproduce such spurious rejects. We had some nightly test failures with Mobical.com in "one-way-from-client" mode (server doesn't handle its own anchors correctly, need "lenient" mode) and random failures (server returns plain text instead of (WB)XML). But this is independent of the Google statistics workaround.
