Thanks for the feedback! We haven't heard back from that customer since, which 
usually means the problem has gone away (for whatever reason). I'm inclined to 
put this into the "random failures" (at mobical) department - it might well be 
that they had a temporary problem with adding records on the database layer, 
independently of <Add> vs. <Replace>.
