I don't prefer version in the name because it implies that we should change it as the version of Oscar changes, but this may not be necessary at all. For example, what if Oscar 2.5 or 3.0 is compatible? Not only that, but in most cases I try really hard to make things backwards compatible.

However, it is more likely that for R5, bundles will not be compatible with R4, so it is okay to separate the profiles into ~/.oscar-r5 when that happens.
