Well, it still might go through some periods of unstableness, since it
is alpha. Also, bundles are forward compatible, but not backwards
compatible...in other words, despite the fact that R3 bundles will run
on R4 frameworks, R4 bundles won't run on R3 frameworks (necessarily),
so maybe intermixing them is not a good idea...especially if someone is
running both Oscar 1.0.x and 2.0.
