Oy... sounds like Ganglia is not using the new $OSCAR_PACKAGE_HOME
environment variable.
Steve: this should be a pretty easy thing to fix. Simply replace all
$OSCAR_HOME/packages/ganglia with $OSCAR_PACKAGE_HOME.
This is probably worth opening a bug about, just so that we don't forget
about it.
