[Oscar-devel] RH 8.0

Despite a bit of nasty output from various sources (like oda), my RH 8.0 
installation went well and is working perfectly.  I only had to recompile 
lam and mpich and tweak a couple files.  Once the new XML support is in, 
I'll check in the new RPMs for lam and mpich.
