The unicast install (rsync) can be the "default", and a little checkbox
could be added that says "use multicast".  The only difference would be
the setting in dhcpd.conf (option option-143 "9000";

This entry could always be installed commented out, and have the docs
tell the user to uncomment it to enable multicast.
