Note to all:

Set

        DEBUG_UPDATE_RPMS

to see what update-rpms is doing.

Also, set

        DEBUG_OSCAR_WIZARD

for a magical button to appear at the bottom on the window that restarts
*just* oscar_wizard -- a great way to instantly test changes to the
wizard.  Clearly, it's most useful for GUI changes...
