OK, so I'm going through the config.xml files, /generally/ removing
references to rpms that OSCAR doesn't provide.    I say generally
because I can clearly see in some cases that the OSCAR rpms don't always
completely state their requirements.  I suspect there are Good and Valid
(TM) reasons for this in some cases.

AT ANY RATE, some of the rpmlists make no sense...  Like oda?  Why is it
that only some of the distro filters actually specify oda?  Most
actually specify almost everything *but* oda.

Technical question:  The oda package may actually reduce to:

   <rpmlist>
     <rpm>oda</rpm>
   </rpmlist>

   <rpmlist>
     <filter group="oscar_clients"/>
     <rpm>oda</rpm>
   </rpmlist>

What are the rules on no filter w.r.t. "oscar_server" and
"oscar_client"?
