I just checked into trunk r4911 modifications such that we have distro
directories for all supported distro-arch.  I simply copied the RPM from
common-rpms to each directory.

DongInn, can you please check in your rebuilt RPM on RHEL3 x86 to
distro/rhel3-i386 directory?

If it turns out that this doesn't work, then I will check in a newer
SRPM (which works with SUSE Linux) and we can rebuild that on each
supported distro/arch.
