Hi Geoffroy:

Can you please provide how you reached this state:

1) How did you invoke the Wizard
2) Steps you executed to reach this state

Perhaps easiest way is to post your oscarinstall.log.

I have deleted nodes before with FC5 and didn't have any issues, haven't
tried with FC4 though as far as I remember.

P.S. Perhaps mysqld wasn't running when you ran "Delete Nodes"?
