Hi Mike: We can probably rename it from sidebar -> index, but not sure if this plays well with DokuWiki. I'm happy as long as I only need to modify one place for indexing (or just not modify at all and have it auto-generate :) ).
There are still some small issues to iron out, in terms of how the "sidebar" will look when it takes the role of index as well...
