Mainly I don't want to have topics covered extensively in two
locations... That is why I want to move the package docs and the
management wizard docs to the administration guide.  In the laTex docs
they were mirrored in both locations, but we can't really do that
easily with dokuwiki (without overlaping namespaces anyway)
