I would say that for those two cases we should link back to the install guide from the admin guide. I would say that starting over is most often done when an installation fails for some reason, so having it discussed in the install guide makes sense to me. The delete node functionality is first seen in the install wizard, so I think we can leave the detailed discussion in that location as well.
Also, I belive that it is mentioned in the current docs that you can simply re-run the "add clients" step in the install wizard as many times as neccesary. It might need to be emphasized somehow I suppose.
