Hmmm, your initrd seems to be missing.

Could you please try (on the client node):
- boot into the rescue system (with the first installation CD, "linux rescue"
at the prompt).
- let it mount the system (will go to /mnt/system???)
- chroot into the mounted installation
- run:
  systemconfigurator --runboot --verbose

and post the output ;-) It should give us some hint why the sc-initrd wasn't
built.

Also: please check the content of /etc/systemconfig/systemconfig.conf. It is
short, please post it, too.
