I need to add some functionality to torque (and maui?) queue management, specifically queues that run only when at least <n> cpus will be left free in the cluster. I looked u pthe upstream site, current version seems to be 2.1.2, while oscar's rpms in svn are 2.0.0p8. Is oscar expected to stay at the older version for a while, or should I work on the more recent one?
