Hi Olivier: I'm the current package maintainer of TORQUE/Maui for OSCAR.
The reason why we're still at 2.0.0p8 is both technical and time issue. At the time I had cycles to look into updating TORQUE/Maui, there were still numerous issues with building them together due to the new API changes (eg. libpbs vs libtorque and the new build system). Therefore I decided that it would be best to deal with this after their code is stabilized (since there are also a lot of other things to deal with with OSCAR 5.0). It would be really great if you can take a stab at updating TORQUE/Maui to the latest version - personally I do not think I will have the time to do so in the near future. I think at some point I would like to merge our spec/RPM with the official spec file which came with TORQUE - this will make maintaining the RPMs a bit easier. So please go ahead and try the update - if you run into any problems please post back here and I'll try my best to help.
