FYI, my patch previously omitted debian files from the MANIFEST.stub file. I have corrected this. For now I do not include the meta.yml file in the .stub file, as this seems to be automatically added to the MANIFEST file - if this does not work for Debian, I'll re-add it.
I will check in my changes tomorrow (also have a fix for http://svn.oscar.openclustergroup.org/trac/oscar/ticket/289). I won't be tagging for now until this has been tested under Debian.
