No, we don't ask users to compile all the packages before installing
their cluster. There are online repositories which are supposed to host
all the packages of the OSCAR project. There is an apt repository and a
set of yum repos for every RPM-like supported distro.

I plan to write a tool to mirror these repos. Until then, you can just
copy the tree debian/ or yum/ of the online repos (oscar.gforge.inria.fr).
