Hello, I get an error if I choose SGE with OSCAR distribution version 5.0.1r6067M on openSUSE 10.2 (x86_64).
I did the branch oscar-5.0 checkout a few days ago and was amazed that I get OSCAR 5.0.1. Are there any big changes from 5.0 to 5.0.1? Because I don't want to build OSCAR for openSUSE 10.2 with a "development" 5.0.1 version or something like this. :) The last days I rebuild the specific files (like suse-10.0-i386) new from source for my openSUSE 10.2 (x86_64). My created suse-10.2-x86_64 files are: (some like kdebindings3 are taken from openSUSE 10.2) apitest-1.0.0-12.noarch.rpm ganglia-devel-3.0.3-4.x86_64.rpm ganglia-gmetad-3.0.3-4.x86_64.rpm ganglia-gmond-3.0.3-4.x86_64.rpm kdebindings3-3.5.5-29.x86_64.rpm lam-oscar-7.1.2-5.x86_64.rpm maui-oscar-3.2.6p19-8.x86_64.rpm modules-oscar-3.1.6-5.x86_64.rpm mpich-ch_p4-gcc-oscar-1.2.7-8.x86_64.rpm mpich-ch_p4-gcc-oscar-module-1.2.7-8.x86_64.rpm openmpi-1.1.1-1.x86_64.rpm perl-Qt-3.008-180.x86_64.rpm pvm-3.4.5+6-2.x86_64.rpm pvm-modules-oscar-3.4.5+6-2.x86_64.rpm sge-6.0u8-6.x86_64.rpm sge-modulefile-6.0u8-6.noarch.rpm torque-2.0.0p8-3.x86_64.rpm torque-client-2.0.0p8-3.x86_64.rpm torque-gui-2.0.0p8-3.x86_64.rpm torque-mom-2.0.0p8-3.x86_64.rpm torque-server-2.0.0p8-3.x86_64.rpm udpcast-20060325-1.x86_64.rpm At Step1 (Select OSCAR Packages To Install...) if I select SGE I get an error (see below). If I choose torque I can go on with Step2 and Step3. With torque at Step4 I have problems to build the client image but before I have a deeper look at this I would like to ask if someone can help me with this sge error? Which package provide (sge ?) the qconf command? I can't find it (only in src) and OSCAR is searching for the path. Attached you can find a full log of ./install_cluster and here the last lines with the problem. postfix 0:off 1:off 2:off 3:on 4:off 5:on 6:off - finished configuring postfix systemimager-server-netbootmond 0:off 1:off 2:off 3:on 4:off 5:on 6:off Setting systemimager-server-netboodmond to NET_BOOT_DEFAULT=local Stopping SystemImager's net boot client monitor: ok.
