Can someone explain me in short words what the checks in Step 8 do?

The information from the err logs didn't tell me to much. As I
understood there are problems with torque. Where is the node list
configured for /op/pbs/bin/pbsnode?

The ganglia error I don't understand because http://localhost/ganglia/
show me nice graphics about all machines. What does ganglia test?

And I can connect fine to the nodes and from the nodes to the headnode
with ssh.

I get this output at the moment:
