I get this problems fixed.
The problem was, that I used two interfaces (eth0 and eth1) on my
testmachine.
eth0 was the internal LAN and eth1 was the clusternetwork. At some older
post I read that this could be sometimes a problem with two interfaces
and that the routing is bad with two devices. Maybe pfilter is the
problem but I never selected it to install or have a look at it.

Then I did some testing without the internal LAN interface. After this
my OSCAR 5.0 installation on openSUSE 10.2 (x86_64) run through Step0
till Step8 without any problems and everything is working now.

The patches and other things I already have send to the list.
