FYI, i do not have this problem on Debian.

Maybe this is because the system assumes the OSCAR libraries have also to be 
shipped via RPM (oscar-base). Typically i assume that if the oscar-base RPM 
(or something similar) provides the libraries, the dependency will be fixed. 
Jean am i right? 
If so, do we want to support this kind of features for OSCAR-5.1? we still do 
not have a lot of developers to work on that, it may be difficult to include 
that into OSCAR-5.1 if we want to release something during the next few 
months (even if i am very close of being able to do that on Debian).
