The only Ganglia issue I am aware of on Fedora 8 is rrdtool related
which should since be fixed by an updated RRDTool RPM:

If you can provide more information regarding your issue, perhaps I
can help you out.

Is gmond running on all your nodes?  If you run gstat on the headnode
does it see only the headnode?  Do you have special firewall/security
rules preventing the nodes' gmond from talking to the headnode's
gmond?

In your oscarinstall.log, did you see any error messages pertaining to
Ganglia during setup?
