Is gmond running on all your nodes? If you run gstat on the headnode does it see only the headnode? Do you have special firewall/security rules preventing the nodes' gmond from talking to the headnode's gmond? In your oscarinstall.log, did you see any error messages pertaining to Ganglia during setup?
