Here is the oscarinstall.log at http://pastebin.ca/980098
getstat shows only the head node. gmond is installed only on the head
node at /usr/sbin and not on the client nodes.
I have diable selinux and other firewalls from the head and client nodes.
Any help would be appreciated! Maybe i could install ganglia manually
for now on the client nodes? gmond that is?

Is gmond running on all your nodes? If you run gstat on the headnode
does it see only the headnode? Do you have special firewall/security
rules preventing the nodes' gmond from talking to the headnode's
gmond?
In your oscarinstall.log, did you see any error messages pertaining to
Ganglia during setup?
