Why don't I take a look at OpenSUSE 12.3? I have not heard anyone mention it, but I think it is one of the more important distros.
The other thing that I want to do is write a test harness to install OSCAR from scratch into a KVM-based virtual machine. First headnode, then pxe install a compute node and test. With a memory based virtual system disk this should be very fast. KVM and qemu could allow us to do install/test iterations on diverse distributions and architectures quickly. Anyone know where we might find a sponsor to contribute a large test server: quad socket, 48 core, 256GB RAM?
