I had problems with opd and my proxy before and was told to use
export http_proxy="http://140.140.59.101:8080/";
which gets the opd listings to come up, but when I selected the torque and maui
packages it spun its graphical wheels for a while and its status bar jumped forward
and looked like it was done downloading. The torque package did not show up on the
install list however, so I looked back at the opd terminal output and saw these errors.

Couldn't download package Maui with opd at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/Qt.pm line 224
Couldn't download package Torque with opd at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/Qt.pm line 224

I looked for the rpms and couldn't locate them. Is this a proxy related issue, and if
so is there a work around? If not, is there a non-opd way to get at those "oscarized"
files? I assume I could then just dump them in the download directory and skip opd
and move to the install step. Is that the case?
