There are several ssh clients, but OSCAR does not have a user gui. Easiest to use is probably putty (http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html). For uploading files, Filezilla and WinSCP are both nice. WinSCP is a bit easier for some people because it defaults to using secure protocols, where in filezilla they are there but you have to look.
Most people who do CFD are used to using command line tools, I find. You would probably have to make your own gateway specific to the needs of your users anyway. The more general the tool is, the less useful for research.
