Chris,

About the perl-Tk issue, i really do not understand what happens. The package
is there, for what i can see, the meta-data for the repository are good, but
for some reason, yume cannot find the package. What version of yume is
installed on your system?

About the problem with the server core packages, thanks for the bug report, i
think i understand what is the problem, i will try to fix it asap.

Thanks,

Retrying.

Looks good! - revision 7875M-1 for oscar-base etc. is what's being fetched
now when I do "yum install oscar" after a final round of yum cleaning
(metadata, dbcache, all, then manually deleting /var/cache/yum/oscar)...
that's finished; changing /etc/oscar/oscar.conf (for me, the cluster NIC
is eth1, not eth0); oscar-config --setup-distro centos-5-x86_64 (good)
oscar-config --bootstrap (working...

Ah - there's still a hiccup:

Installing perl-Tk manually (using yum; two tries req'd, since 1st
timed-out) - fine. Rerunning the bootstrap... thinks the (new) MySQL
installation already has a root password:

So I drop back to the shell, and checking, mysqld is not running. Starting
it (service mysqld start), and going back, then hitting return (null
password), the bootstrap continues... long pause on "== Installing server
core packages..." ...nope, eventually this fails (at line 253 in
bootstrap.pm). I'm guessing another timeout; trying the bootstrap again,
we dash forward to the server core package install again... another
pause... same thing. Third try... same thing. Here's the output:
