As I recall, this message is produced where you don't use the installation monitoring utility to monitor the installation. It -- by itself -- is innocuous. I think you have another underlying problem. It is commonly an issue with initrd in /tftpboot/ not having all the drivers you need for your hardware. Just a guess. The 5.1b2 was never tested with CentOS 5.5. There are things there that could go wrong.
