salam and good day all, guys do we have anybody dalam the legal profession yg specifically buat intellectual property within our group? kalau ada maybe we can arrange a short session to brief on IP and how it relates to software. the last update i have on software patent was when i was a student (>10 years ago lah). masa tu software patent was not widely accepted due to the nature of software being non tangible and it was not acceptable to patent algorithms at that point in time. kalau tak ada then i am sure mdec can assist us here.
