kit yoong sounds like a good idea. if you have some handouts/presentation slides on the subjects it would be good if you could share. there are a few things that would help everyone by clarifying the difference btwn trademark, copyright and patent. from there maybe we can drill down to differentiate the patent vs software patent argument. then there's the licensing of OSS. personally some of these things can be very confusing.
