ok.. hamba pantang dicabar - memang betul tentang jangan ulangi
kemistake'an. Lebih2 lagi hadits ada sebut, "Mukminin tidak sepatutnya
memasuki lubang yang sama bagi kali kedua".

So here i share some relevant LESSONS i learnt in life, i divide into 2
categories:

=PERSONAL=
1. Make mistakes honestly, they make you learn the hard way, anyway.

2. Always be humble, no matter how guru you are. When i was in Germany,
i see more better gurus telling me things like, "i will disappoint you.
Don't expect too much from me." And i am personally touched by how Dr. M
conducted himself even when salam with me or greeting. Always courteous
and waiting for others to sit first. There is no harm in saying that
'you are right, i am wrong' in fact a helluva good, even though the idea
is yours and not others. The truth and history will appear in the end.
If not dunya, in akhira.

3. Listen more. Talk less. Ok, ok, i keep forgeting that. It is a
personal weakness.

4. Do not send email when emotional. Go whack that guy upfront.

5. Have a sense of humour. It is boring if you terpaksa write this and
you cannot kick ass for fun.

=ORGANISATIONAL=
1. Be focus. Do not do too many things at one time. Throw or delegate to
other NGOs.
2. Socialise and network around the right ones. Advertise, advertise,
advertise.
3. Advertise, advertise, advertise. How many times must i say this?
4. Allow maximum participation. Share secrets even. Everyone knows anyway.
5. Do not have too many points. Those guys are dumb. They cannot ever
remember beyond point number 5.

All in good jest :)
